Pine at Wildroot offers studio, Jr. 1-bedroom, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom apartment homes. Explore our Floor Plans page HERE for layouts and availability.
Yes! We offer both in-person and virtual tours. Both can be booked by clicking “schedule a tour” in the webchat tool in the bottom right-hand corner of our website.

6-weeks free for all August move-ins.
There is a $40 application fee, and a $20 monthly amenity fee.
Our Application Fee is $40.00 per applicant (18+). A $200 Holding Deposit is due at time of submitting an application — please note that the Holding Deposit will be credited towards your total $500 Deposit at move-in. You can reserve any apartment home for up to 14 days from the application submission date.
We are pet friendly! If you will be bringing a pet along with you, we have a one-time Refundable Deposit of $500 for one pet and a one-time Refundable Deposit of $1,000 for two pets. Monthly, our pet rent is $40 per pet (2 pets max, and breed restrictions apply). At move-in, residents are responsible for a $55 PooPrints DNA testing fee. Service and companion animals are not subject to any additional cost or breed restrictions.

Open parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis at no additional cost. Covered carports and private garages are also available for an additional monthly fee, based on current availability:
Carport: $75/month
Garage: $210/month

Guests are welcome in the amenity spaces when accompanied by a resident.
Guests are welcome to park in the regular parking lot or they can utilize off-street parking on Rimel Rd.
Standard: 10.2 x 25′ with an 8 x 8′ opening.
The leasing office is happy to assist residents with printing documents.
